Founded by personal trainers Louis Mayers and Sarah Webster in 2019, from their passion of helping people. They wanted to create a space where people can connect, train together and inspire each other to elevate their wellbeing. Now with a growing team of experienced coaches, MW is making a difference to peoples lives both in person and online.

Open Spaces
Create a better relationship and appreciate what your body can do. Our InBody health scan delivers a detailed breakdown of your body in terms of muscle, fat, water and imbalances. This helps us set clear goals and coach you towards optimal health.
